Manufacturing Facilities

In its vast production facilities, Defond possesses a large number of metal stamping and plastic injection machines, boasting more than 200 plastic injection machines and clamping force ranging from 20 tons to 470 tons. The centralized plastic material dehumidified-and-delivery system is newly equipped to ensure steady supply and stability of materials to injection machines on the floor.

More than a hundred stamping machines can be fitted for progressive dies, compound tools, automatic tools, and automatic lathes. The electro-plating workshop contains more than ten lines, and every part is quality controlled and carefully monitored.

An experienced special task force develops and produces automatic assembly equipment, with computerized digital controllers to feed the assembly floors' demands.
